Q: From the time we decide on a plan how long does the building
process take?
A: 4 months depending upon weather conditions and how quickly
selection for colors and etc. are done.
Q: Do we need a construction loan to get started?
A: No, Stelle Homes can provide financing until closing. We
do require a letter of approval from your bank and a 5% escrow.
Q: How do we make selections for our home?
A: Stelle Homes will provide you with a "specifications sheet",
samples and a list of vendors to visit. A Stelle Homes representative
will be available to assist you in your selection process
Q: What type of warranty do we receive with our new home?
A: Stelle Homes will provide you with a one (1) year builder's
warranty on product and workmanship. We also provide the new
homeowner with a "Manual" which includes contact names for all
trades during the construction of your home and all warranties
provided by each manufacturer.
Q: Where do we build homes?
A: We build homes in Bloomington/Normal area and surrounding
communities such as Hudson, Lake Bloomington, Heyworth……
